This film is a historical documentary on the Breaks Interstate Park. I am serving as a co-director on the project alongside Curtis Mullins from Friends of Breaks Park. The project recently received a grant from the National Trust for Historic Preservation for $5000, and is having an original score created by East Tennessee State University’s “Blue Grass, Old Time, and Country Music Program.” Several of my classes at UPIKE have assisted in the production of the film. Below is a highlight video of some of the whitewater kayaking that takes place in the park. Some of the shots will be used in our feature length film.
